The 11-acre IEC siteplan is divided into three sustainably designed areas.
The Restored Riparian Corridor includes native plantings and beautifully restored Clear Creek. The Interior Circulation Zone includes a large, permeable surface parking lot. The Urban Zone contains LEED equivalent buildings surrounded by additional native plantings. Building Two is due to be completed in the Fall of 2011. Now leasing—contact us for more information.
